• Type of staff:
• Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
• Night Shift – needed PM shift 1 charge nurse 2 RNS 1 CNA
• Patient Ratios – 1:7
• Type of equipment – pyxis machine,welch allyn BP machine, fetal monitor for ante partum pts
• EMR – meditech and CPN

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• AWHONN Intermediate fetal monitoring
• BLS, NRP
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Postpartum care, Postoperative surgical care for c sections and gyne cases
• Care for stable antepartum, non stress test.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• NRP, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Certificate

• L&D, NBN
Dress Code:
• Scrub Color/Attire – royal blue

Weekends and On call(if any)
• Every other weekend
