Pay – $2009 – $2189/wk

Schedule Details – Night, 3X12

Job Description –

* All Candidates must be flu vaccinated **
Auto-Offer Parameters: (Any requests outside of the below has to be sent to Manager for approval)
• Requested time off – HWS has approval to process up to 5 days in the offer sent to the vendor. Anything more, will have to be reviewed and approved by manager.
o HWS will ask the candidate to make up approved time off at the back of the assignment
o Holidays MUST have manager approval
• Holidays – HWS will advise and require candidates to work 2 out of the 3 holidays
• Duration of assignment – for these positions, HWS will have approval to offer 13-18 week assignments

• Shift: 7p-7a
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
• Weekend Hours: 6:30 AM TO 7:00 PM (Every Third Weekend)
• Call Requirements: No
• Required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS
• Years of Experience: 2 years
• Float Requirements: (Must be willing to other units at Fraizer)

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 28
• Patient Ratios: Day Shift – 1:6 -Night Shift 1:8
• Equipment: Tube feed, ventilator, trach care, Alaris IV Pumps, Hoyer lifts, Kangaroo pumps, negative pressure wound therapy, suction, vents
• EMR: Cerner and ITW

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Trach Care and G-Tube
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Med Surg
• Type of Patients on Unit: Spinal Floor / Brain Injury
• Personality Fit: Compassionate, Communicates and willing to educate patients and family, Self-Learner

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue
• Any unacceptable attire: hoodies, t-shirt, sweatshirts, and any outside of the uniform
