• Number of Beds – 10 ORs , 23 Preop. 2 Endo suites, 12 PACU Bays

• Number of Staff – 115 FTEs

• Type of staff:
• Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 8 RNs, 4 FAs and 6 CSTs

• Night Shift – On call only from 7 p – 7a

• Patient Ratios – 1 patient at a time (in OR)

• Type of equipment – OR appropriate

• EMR – Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• CST certification – Must possess Scrub experience

• CV experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Robotic Scrub experience

• Orthopedic scrub experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Laparoscopic and ortho

Weekends and On call(if any)

• Once a week – night call from 7p- 7a

• 2 weekend/month calls Saturday/Sunday 7p-7a or 7a- 7p calls
