• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 9 Clinical Pharmacists (2 in central, 7 decentralized), 9 Pharmacy Technicians (2 in IV room, 3 Pyxis Delivery, 1 Runner, 1 Central)
o Night Shift – 2 Clinical Pharmacists (2 in central), 2 Pharmacy Technicians (1 in central, 1 in IV room)
• Patient Ratios – N/A
• Type of equipment – PyxisES, DoseEdge, KitCheck, Vigilanz, OnBase, Medex
• EMR – Meditech
