• Number of Beds – 10
• Number of Staff – 20
• Shift for the Traveler — 7p-7a
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – ( 1 charge, 1 RN, 1 PCT if census >8, 1 charge 1 RN if census <7)
o Night Shift – (same as above)
• Patient Ratios – 5:1
• Type of equipment – Sara Stedy, Hoyer lift, Sara Flex, Sara Plus, Carendo Shower Chair
• EMR – EPIC and UDS
• On Call Requirements: No
• Weekend Requirements: up to every other weekend

Must have : Inpatient hospital experience of any kind

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BLS

• Med surg, Ortho

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire – Navy Blue

• Documentation to maintain compliance with Medicare, well outlined in orientation

Weekends and On call. Any additional information
• Up to every other weekend, sometimes less
