Job Title – RN – Medical Surgical (Med/Surg)

Location – Cartersville, GA

Pay – $1678 – $1786/wk

Schedule Details – Night, 3X12

Job Description –
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 year – Unit accepts first time travelers
PATIENT POPULATION: Infants to Geriatrics
RATIO: 1:5-6
UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC & SBAR
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
RTO: MAX 7 days, Blocked Scheduling Not Guaranteed
HOLIDAYS:
If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
Major Holidays are listed below:
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving/Black Friday
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
New Years Eve/New Years Day
WEEKENDS: Every Other – 4 shifts/month or hospital needs
FLOATING: yes – based on needs of the hospital, may entail floating to CNA/tech role
COMPLIANCE: Full compliance required to start on time, if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule.
Aya Offer information: Once candidate has signed and confirmation sent, manager has 48H to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. *Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines + meets specific facility requirements. Shift Info: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
