• Number of Beds -42
• Number of Staff – 70
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift – 1 charge, 10-15 RNs, 1 PCT per shift
• Night Shift – 1 charge, 10-15 RNs, 1 PCT per shift
• Patient Ratios – level 3: 1-3 per nurse depending on acuity, level 2: 3-4 per nurse
• Type of equipment – isolettes, OMNI beds, phototherapy, computers
• EMR -meditech and CPN

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• NRP
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• STABLE
• Experience with central lines UAC, UVC, broviacs, PICC, etc
•
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• IV starts
• PICC insertions (trained clinicians)
Best personality Fit:
• Team player, self motivator
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• RN licensure, NRP, STABLE preferred
Floating Area(s):
• Newborn nursery
Dress Code:
• Scrub Color/Attire – royal blue scrubs
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• Will have resource on unit
Weekends and On call(if any)
• 4 weekend shifts per schedule minimum, on call occasionally
