• Number of Beds – 29
• Number of Staff – 9
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 Charge (out of staffing), 5 on tele, 3 on step down side.
o Night Shift – 1 Charge (out of staffing), 5 on tele, 3 on step down side.
• Patient Ratios – 4:1 on Tele, 3:1 on Stepdown
• EMR – Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• ACLS
•
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• EKG Training
• Cardiac Experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Recovering Cath lab patients: stents, pacemakers, mitraclips, micrapacers, valve replacements
• Managing cardiac drips, management of heart failure patients
Best personality Fit:
• Team work oriented, priority on customer service
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• ACLS, BLS
Floating Area(s):
• Other cardiac units and med surg
Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire – Galaxy blue, Ceil Blue, Black, and Red
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)
• Every other weekend (No on call shifts)
