• Number of Beds -2 Cath Labs
• Number of Staff – 2 monitor techs, 2 RNS; 2 techs
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)manager, director tect x4, RN x 2
o Night Shift – N/A (except for callbacks)
• Patient Ratios – 1:1
• Type of equipment – IABP, Impella, stents, balloons, IVUS, FFR, Ultrasound
• EMR -Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• IABP Impella experience
• Interventional Cath Perpherial/Coronary experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• EP

• Heart caths, interventions, pacemakers, AICD, Watchman, EP ablations
• Perpherial venous/arterial

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• ACLS
Floating Area(s):
• IR; ICU if competency; Pre/post PACU cath
Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire – Navy
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• 30 minute response time for callbacks
Weekends and On call(if any)
• Every other weekend on call; every other night on call during week
