• Number of Beds – 7 starting to go to 10
• Number of Staff – 10 total
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 1Charge 1 RN
o Night Shift – 1 Charge 1 RN
• Patient Ratios – 4:1
• Type of equipment – Telebox, EGK
• EMR -Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• EKG rhythm interpretation
• 2 yrs cardiac experience
• Post Cardiac cath experience
• Telemetry experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Blood administration
• Cardiac gtts titration
• Cath Lab experience
• Cardio versions
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Telemetry monitoring
• Cardio versions
• EKG 12 lead
Best personality Fit:
• Energetic, collaborative spirit
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• ACLS
• BLS
Floating Area(s):
• Telemetry, PCU, Medical/Surgical
Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire – RN Navy blue scrub top and bottoms
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• Rotaion weekends and possible on call
