• Float Requirements: (Must be willing to other units at Fraizer)

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 10
• Patient Ratios: Day Shift – 1:5 -Night Shift 1:5
• Equipment: Tube feed, ventilator, trach care, Alaris IV Pumps, Hoyer lifts, Kangaroo pumps, negative pressure wound therapy, suction, vents
• EMR: Cerner and ITW

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Trach Care and G-Tube, Ventilator
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Med Surg
• Type of Patients on Unit: Adult Mix Acuity
• Personality Fit: Compassionate, Communicates and willing to educate patients and family, Self-Learner

• Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue
