IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour
Progressive Care/Med-Surg unit specializing in nephrology, wounds, sepsis, and other medical conditions. All private rooms with overhead lifts. Phillips bedside monitors in all rooms. Our unit also utilizes Patient Care Assistants to assist the nurses. We have a great team environment.

Required Skills: Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias; titrate cardiac drips
Patient Ratio – 1:4-5
No call
Float Required
Weekend Coverage Required every other weekend
ACLS, BLS, 1 year min exp, telemetry skills REQUIRED
Unit Accepts 1st time travelers
Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). **Periop/OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS** Shift Info: Day 3×12-Hour (07:00 – 19:30)
