The Oncology unit is 3 years old, very organized and looks new. Equipment is all in good working order including computers and vital sign machines in every room. Staff provide high quality care with over 3 years no CAUTI, Over 4 Months no CLABSI, and Over 1 year without CDIFF acquired infection. Last year we had a Daisy Award Recipient. We have over 160 years of experience on our unit of 20 people and the Director has been in her role for over 5 years. We do self-scheduling with commitment of travelers to work every other weekend.
