• Number of Beds – 14 exam rooms, 21 infusion bays, 6 treatment rooms
• Number of Staff –
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift -8am-5pm ( 2 CRN, 4 office visit RN, 2-3 Fast Track RN, 2-3 Infusion RN, 1 PCT, 1 MA, 3 schedulers)
o Night Shift – not open
• Patient Ratios – office visit 10:1 Infusion: 6-8:1, Fast Track 15-20:1 (lab draws)
• Type of equipment – Hospira Plum 360 IV pump, Pyxis, Welch Allyn VS
• EMR – Meditech

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Oncology chemo certified
•
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Bone Marrow Transplant
• High dose chemotherapy preperative regimens, stem cell and IECT infusion and monitoring
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Chemotherapy infusion, blood transfusions, stem cell infusion, office visit, Mediport access, lab draw,
• Patient assessment and medication review, review of lab results, telephone triage

Best personality Fit:
• Upbeat, able to adapt and accommodate to patient needs
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• ONS Chemo therapy biotherapy certification
Floating Area(s):
• Inpatient Bone Marrow transplant unit, Inpatient Blood Cancer Unit

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire – Navy Blue

Weekends and On call(if any)
• Weekends rotation required- clinic is open 7 days per week
