General Information

Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Beds – 3 rooms, 1 patient per room
• Number of Staff – 12, consisting of RNS and Techs
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, Director, 3 staff members per room, 12 total per shift
o Night Shift – On-call team, 2 each call team, 4 total
• Patient Ratios – 1:1
• Type of equipment – all GE rooms
• EMR – Meditech and MacLab

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• BLS, ACLS, ARRT for Techs
• Must be competent in Special Procedures & GE Innova & must have recent acute facility IR/Specials experience.
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• RCIS for techs

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Cardiac Cath, Cerebella angiograms, stents, Balloons, ENT Lab, scrubbing
• On-call is required of 1-2 weekday shifts and 1 weekend per 4 week period.
Best personality Fit:
• Team player, close knit team, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast paced
• On-call is frequent, must be flexible and adapt to needs of Unit

Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
• Navy Blue, white, or combination of both – nothing else.

Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.
• 229 bed Joint Commission and designated top performing hospital since 1983
