Tell us about the unit(s):
• Our facility has a 3 room Cath Lab suite with state of the art equipment. We perform a variety of Cardiovascular, IR, and Vascular procedures during the hours of 6:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have :
• Strong clinical skills to deal with a variety procedures and patients

Preferred or nice to have :
• Experience in Cath Lab, IR/Vascular Lab, Radiology Technologist, RN- ICU, ER, and in caring for critically ill patients.

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Cardiac, IR, Vascular cases
• EP cases
Best personality Fit:
• Must work well with a variety of personalities, ability to work as a team, communicate effectively, stay calm under pressure, and utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• ACLS and BLS required.
• In the state of Texas Cardiac Cath Lab techs working with radiological equipment must have MRT license along with the certifications required for their specialty.
• RN – Critical Care and Trauma certifications are preferred

Weekends and On call(if any)
• On call is approximately 1-2 days per week and 1 weekend per month.
