Position Information:

• Facility Department/Cost Center: 5003455
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Specialty: CVICU
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 6:45PM – 7:15AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH & KY License
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: Yes – PTCA (Only CVICU patients) or other ICU units

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 17
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2
• Equipment: CRRT (Prismax), IABP, IMPELLA, ECMO, VADs
• EMR: Cerner

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: CVICU experience, Open heart Recovery within 24hrs experience, Hemodynamic (Swan) experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: ECMO, CRRT, IABPs, Impella, VAD, and heart and lung transplant experience
• Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiac Patients
• Personality Fit: Understands this is a high acuity floor and is a hard worker with a positive uplifting attitude

• Scrub Color: Facility provides surgical scrubs
