Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Beds -239
• Number of Staff – 27 total, 17 full-time
• Shift for the Traveler — 32-40 hours week, minimum 2 weekends/month
• Type of staff:
o X Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
o Night Shift –
• Patient Ratios – 10-15
• Type of equipment – limited, electronic lifts
• EMR -Meditech
• On Call Requirements-not required
• Weekend Requirements: every other weekend

• Acute care experience

• Inpatient Rehab experience

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• OT or PT license in Utah or ability to obtain.
Floating Area(s):
• Inpatient rehabilitation

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire – Scrubs-dark gray top, black pants

• 8-10 hour days, every other weekend
