o Day Shift – 0730-1600 (2 weekend days shifts per 4 week period)

• Scrub Color/Attire – Navy Blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• Need to see stroke evals within 24 hours from time of consult, Productivity requirement is 68.75 for acute and 75% for rehab, documentation and charges should be completed before the shift ends.
Weekends and On call(if any)
• 2 weekend days shifts per 4 week period
