Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Beds – 12 recovery beds and 3 procedure rooms
• Number of Staff – 23
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – Recovery RNs – 4-5 on shift at 1 time, 1 cath coordinator, 1 CNC RN, Manager, Director, daily 9-10 procedure staff mixture of RN and RCIS/Rad Tech
o Night Shift – not applicable
• Patient Ratios – not applicable for this request
• Type of equipment – Philips and GE fluoro, Abbott and Cardo EP equipment
• EMR – Merge Hemo, MediTech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Current cardiac cath lab interventional experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Electrophysiology experience
• Able to document in Merge Hemo
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Coronary: angiography, PCI, thrombectomy, atherectomy, lithotripsy, IABP, Impella
• Peripheral: angiography, PTA/stent, thrombectomy, atherectomy, lithotripsy, carotid angiography, carotid stent
• Electrophysiology/other: PVI, SVT, Flutter, EP study, VT, AICD, leadless PPM, PPM, TPM, SQ PPM, LAAO, PFO closure, percutaneous AAA repair
Best personality Fit:
• Outgoing, positive attitude
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• Current ACLS and BLS
• RN (for circulator RN role), RT(R) or RCIS certification for cath lab tech

• Scrub Color/Attire – scrubs supplied in procedure area

Weekends and On call(if any)
• Approximately 12-14 days of call every 6 weeks schedule which includes 2 weekends of call
• Schedule is M-F 0700 – 1730 (4) 10hr shifts with rotating day off
• Holiday call will be mandatory if contract involves a holiday unless prior arrangements made
