Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds : unit dependent. Average daily hospital census is 230

• Patient Ratios : 1:25

• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Case Management covers all units of the inpatient hospital and the Emergency Department as needed

• Type of equipment : computer, cell phone

• Documentation system: MIDAS

• Scheduling requirements: Will require some support of weekend coverage (at least 1 day of each wkend)

• On Call Requirements:

Hospital Specifics-

• Certifications: RN License, BLS

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set:

Must have: Interqual experience, RN licensed in MO or Compact licensure including MO

Advanced skills needed: Experienced case manager

Procedures performed on unit: Interqual admission and progression of care reviews daily, admission assessment and discharge planning daily

Certifications Required: RN licensure, CM Certification preferred but not required

Dress Code: (Required uniform)
