Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• RN or Licensed social worker

• HCA Hospital experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Midas and HCA case management experience

Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: These units have consistent physicians and mid-levels to work closely with. CPCU is our cardiac step-down unit and where our CABG and TAVR patients go. There are some post-acute placements but many go home with cardiac rehab.
PCU- is a medical step-down unit with a variety of patients.
Overall, our case management team is very welcoming, very collaborative and helpful. The team is always willing to answer questions and support new staff.
