• Number of Beds - Market support 3 campuses

• Number of Staff - 15 CV type staff

• Type of staff:

• Day Shift - Teams of 3 - 2 RNs and 1 CST Tech

• Night Shift - Teams of 2 - 1 RN and 1 CST Tech

• Patient Ratios - 1:1

• Type of equipment - GE/Stryker

• EMR - Meditech / CPN

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care CVOR Tech hospital experience

• BLS, DORA and NBSTA Certifications must be in hand

• Must be proficient in Open Heat experience

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Prior Meditech experience

• Prior experience traveling as a CVOR Tech in large trauma facilities

• Cardiovascular experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• CABG, AAA,

• TAVR and Valve replacements

• Must float within 25 miles of facility when needed

• Call Requirements: Call requirements will vary based on need and staffing. I would prefer to indicate that call is required and will be discussed at the interview.

• Weekends: NO weekends
