• Number of Staff -

o Day Shift - 1 CNC, 3 RNs, 1 UC, 1 ST
o Night Shift - 1 CNC, 3 RNs, 1 UC, 1 ST
• Patient Ratios - AWHONN
• Type of equipment - updated HillRom, GE
• EMR - Document system is Expanse, monitoring in CPN

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery
• Able to circulate in OR for cesarean section
•
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Labor with Postpartum
• Triage
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Care of labor and delivery patient.
• Postpartum couplet care
Best personality Fit:
• Energetic and ready to support a new team

• NRP
• AWHONN FM
• BLS
• ACLS

• Scrub Color/Attire - provided by the unit - for surgical area

• Methodist Maternal and Neonatal policies
Weekends and On call(if any)
• Rotating weekends
