• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift: 6:30am - 7pm
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Saturday rotation every 6 weeks
• Call Requirements: At least 40 hours per 6 weeks
• Required Certifications: BLS, NIH, KY License
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: Stay with OR
Unit Information:
• Number of Beds: 31 ORs
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Equipment: Mako Robot, DaVinci SP & XI Robots, O-Arm, Rosa Robot
• EMR: Cerner
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 years of operating room experience, travel experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3+ OR experience; strong skills in high acuity surgical patients
• Type of Patients on Unit: Neuro- spine/cranial, navigation; Ortho-including robotics/arthroscopic; Thoracic and Vascular (complex); Transplant; ENT/Radical Neck procedures (complex)
• Personality Fit: Very flexible and adaptable and willing to learn and do whatever is asked of them; Willingness to expand knowledge base; Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to move across service lines
