• Number of Staff - 71
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 1 Team Lead, 3 nurses, 6 Aides
o Night Shift - 3 Nurses, 4 Aides
• Patient Ratios - Nurses 1:20, Aides 1:10/1:15
• Type of equipment - Sara, Hoyer
• EMR - CareTracker LTC

• CNA Certification
