TRAVEL - IR Tech (727) - MC of Aurora - 7:00AM - 5:30PM
Unit Information: Interventional Radiology - (727)

Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Beds - 272 in hospital , 2 IR suites
• Number of Staff - IR 4 techs and 6 RNs
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift - 4 techs and 4-5 RNs
• Night Shift - on call
• Patient Ratios - 1:1 - 3:1 - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
• Type of equipment - GE
• EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• VI certification or CVIR
•
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Neuro experience, Thrombectomy center
•
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Basic IR likes, drains to neuro and more complex cases such as sirspheres, tumor ablation, spine jack etc.
•
