• Number of Beds - 10 ORs
• Number of Staff - 75
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift - 1 CNC, 7-9 RNs, 7-9 CSTs, 4-5 FAs, 3-4 OR Aides, 2 Anesthesia Techs
• Night Shift - call teams
• Patient Ratios - 1:1
• Type of equipment - Surgery-Stryker towers, Robotic towers, Neptune suctioning, etc.
• EMR - Meditech

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BLS, ACLS

• Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• 0645 Daily Huddle
Weekends and On call, if any)
• If CV call- one week at a time every other week to every 3rd week, depending on CV RN staffing
• If general-6 calls/4weeks depending on staffing levels (At least 2 weekend shifts-the rest are weeknight shifts)
