• Number of Beds: 18 bed unit

• Number of Staff: 7 staff members on day shift, 6 staff members on night shift

• Type of staff:
• Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 floor nurses, 1 HUC, and 1 CNA

• Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, 4 floor nurses, 1 HUC/CNA

• Patient Ratios: RNs range from 1:4 to 1:6, CNAs range from 1:9 to 1:18

• Type of equipment: a variety of equipment utilized for mobilization, lift equipment, cyclers for peritoneal dialysis, scales

• EMR: Cerner

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Appropriate licensure for specific role applying for (RN/CAN) or needs to be in school for that particular licensure

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• BSN

• Certified peritoneal dialysis nurse

• Cerner experience

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• BLS, RN licensure, PCT certificate
