GHR Program Manager - Jen Dierkes - GHR Program Coordinator - Kayla Kyle
Temp with likely extensions based on practice needs. This position could conver to perm for the right candidate.
Location: 145 King of Prussia Road, Suite 111, Radnor, PA 19087
SCHEDULE: Rotating weeks 32 hours per week
Week 1
• Monday 12:30pm-9pm
• Wednesday 12:30pm-9pm
• Thursday 12:30pm-9pm
• Saturday 6am-2:30pm
Week 2
• Monday 12:30pm-9pm
• Wednesday 12:30pm-9pm
• Thursday 12:30pm-9pm
• Friday 9am-5:30pm
INTERVIEW: TEAMS interview
EXPERIENCE:
• Siemens equipment experience required. Even if little exposure, they prefer some knowledge.
• EPIC experience required
Position overview: Focus on this role is reviewing pre-screening forms, IV placement, and smaller exams like hip, shoulders, knees etc.
TRAINING: Pennchart Training pre-course. Goal is for candidate to have enough EPIC experience that they can test out of additional Penchart training.
ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION:
• Submit candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. RTO must be listed on submission cover form for consideration. Please highlight is the candidate has EPIC experience - that is a plus for this practice.
• After Award Acceptance - COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)
• Approved RTO must be added to B4Health under candidate profile
• In the case that the same candidate is submitted by multiple agencies, the agency with the right to represent will be considered the agency of record. Right to represent should be included in the submission packet.
• Scrub Color - solid any color
COMPLIANCE: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of the contract being cancelled.
