General Information
Unit Specifics:
• Number of Beds : 19
• Patient Ratios : 5:1 therapy to patient 6:1 nurse to patient
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : PTs/OTs/PTAs, SLPs, RNs, LPNs, CNCs, PCTs
• Type of equipment : state of the art
• Documentation system: Expanse
• Scheduling requirements: 8-4:30 pm could include a weekend shift
• Floating policy: float to med surge if census lower on IPR
• Patient Experience requirements: good customer service, communication and rounding

• Certifications: BLS
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set:
Must have : Inpatient care experience but open to training/mentorship
Advanced skills needed: not required but preference on skills/experience working with neuro patients
Procedures performed on unit: PT, OT, SLP service lines
Certifications Required: BLS is required, NH license required in your scope of practice
Dress Code : (Required uniform) scrubs not color specific
