• Number of Beds - 10
• Number of Staff - 54
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 1 CNC; 7 RN, 10 CST, 3-4 FAs, 4 PCT, 2 Anesthesia tech, 1 Supervisor, 1 Director
o Night Shift - On Call only
• Patient Ratios - 1:1
• Type of equipment - multi specialty
• EMR - Meditech converting to Expanse
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• RN minimum 2 years experience
• Orthopedics, general, urology, gyn,
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• ENT, Vascular experience (non Cardiac)
• Pediatric
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Open/Laparoscopic/Robotic general cases (i.e. appy, chole, some bariatrics)
• Robotic orthopedics
• Total knees/hips; trauma orthopedic
• Laparoscopic/robotic hysterectomies; tubal ligations; emergent interventions
Best personality Fit:
• Team player willing to jump in and keep the day moving. Someone who has initiative and drive.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BSN preferred

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - Cobalt Blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)
• On call required including weekly and 1 weekend a month.
