General Information
Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Beds - 205 level II trauma center
• Number of Staff - PT: 20 OT - 12
•
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift : TUES - SAT 8 am -5 pm
o Night Shift -
• Patient Ratios - 12 patient per day
• Type of equipment - standard for rehab services
• EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Acute care experience, including clinical rotations while in school
•
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Experience with complex trauma, complex neuro patients
•
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Standard mobility and ADL focus
•
Best personality Fit:
• High level of accountability and autonomous ability
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• Licensed PT or OT in state of Texas
Floating Area(s):
• Will cover all areas of the hospital
Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - hunter green
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)
• Will need to cover a Saturday or Sunday shift every week while on contract
