• Number of Beds - 15
• Number of Staff -
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 06:30 - 18_30= 3 RNs, 9am- 6:30pm EMT-P or Nurse Extern
o Night Shift - 5Pm-1am EMT-P and 3 RNs 18:30-06:30
• Patient Ratios - 1:4 depending on acuity
• Type of equipment - Baxter pumps, Hamilton vents, GE cardiac monitors, Stryker stretchers
• EMR - Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Compassion, Sense of Urgency, Team player
• Skills in rapidly identifying Sepsis, STEMI, Stroke and Trauma
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Experience with airway management/ventilators
• Strong Critical Thinking Skills
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Splinting, wound care, IV-starts, medication admin,
• Assessments, Re-assessments, documentation, oversight of EMT-Ps
Best personality Fit:
• Compassionate Care Giver (non-abrasive)
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BLS, ALS, TNCC, CPI or equivalent, PALS or ENPC,
Floating Area(s):
• We have 5 ERs, typically staffed to core so most likely will not need to float

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue, No hoodies

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• Must clock out for lunch breaks and any time leaving the building as well as communicate to the CNC

Weekends and On call(if any)
• Every other weekend, no on-call
