Medical City Lewisville is a full-service acute care hospital licensed for 186 beds. Serving the Lewisville, Flower Mound and southern Denton County since 1976, Medical City Lewisville is a Level III Trauma Center with the countys only pediatric ER. Medical City Lewisville offers the areas only state-designated Level III NICU along with womens services, comprehensive cardiovascular and rehabilitation services, and is a Primary Stroke Center. Medical City Lewisville has been recognized by The Joint Commission in 2015 as a Top Performer on key quality measures, by U.S. News and World Report in 2017 as a High Performer for treatment of congestive heart failure and COPD, and is the first hospital in southern Denton County to achieve Magnet recognition for nursing excellence.

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• Nail Policy - Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.
• Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.
• Tattoos - Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
• Piercings - Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.
