General Information
Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Beds - 32
• Number of Staff - 49
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - ( 1 charge; 6-8 RNs; 4 PCTs; 1 unit secretary)
o Night Shift - 1 charge; 6-8 RNs; 4 PCTs; 1 unit secretary until 10 pm
• Patient Ratios - 1:4 TPC; 1:5 with PCT- can go up to 6 patients with PCT at times
• Type of equipment - Welch Allens
• EMR -Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• BLS
•
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• ACLS or PALS
• Basic Dysthymia class
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Total joint replacements
• Complex spine care
• Complex neuro surgery cases
• General Surgery
Best personality Fit:
• Very team oriented- very fast paced floor
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• Med/tele; Surgical Specialty floor
Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - Royal blue top and bottom and/or could have black scrub bottoms
Weekends and On call(if any)
• Rotate every 3rd weekend; nights can be either Friday/Saturday/Sunday
