• Number of Beds -8 labor, 8 antepartum, 4 triage, 2 ORSs (Mother baby unit has 27 beds, Level III NICU with 24 beds)
• Number of Staff - 70+ employees in L&D
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 1 CNC, 1 OB tech, 1 transition nurse (baby catcher) 6+ RNs
o Night Shift - 1 CNC, 1 OB tech, 1 transition nurse (baby catcher) 6+ RNs

• Patient Ratios - labor1:2, antepartum 1:3
• Type of equipment - standard L&D equipment, including NOVII wireless monitors, centricity central fetal strip surveillance throughout the unit
• EMR - CPN, meditech for order entry and labs

• ACLS
• NRP

• Task nurse floating to other hospital units

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - Black scrubs, or black bottoms and pink tops
