• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 2 7a (1 is charge), 1 9a, 1 11a, 1p
o Night Shift - 27 p (1 is charge)
• Patient Ratios - 1:4
• Type of equipment -
• EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• At least 2 years of ER experience
•
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Meditech experience
• FSED experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• IV, bloodwork, Foley, Breathing Treatments, Medication administration
•
Best personality Fit:
• Team-oriented, accountable, integrity, compassion for patients
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, CPI
Floating Area(s):
• None but can provide hours if necessary to other Methodist/FSED within 25 miles
Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
• Follow Methodist Healthcare policies
Weekends and On call(if any)
• Rotating Weekends (4 out of 8 requirement)
• No on call
