\u2022 Night Shift – 1 Charge Nurse\/10 staff\/bedside nurses\/3 PCTs

\u2022 Patient Ratios -1:4; stretch staffing at 1:5 ratio

\u2022 Type of patients: patients with CHF, MI, CP, arrhythmia, Pulmonary Hypertension; valvular disease, endocarditis; DKA; post cardiac cath\/stent; post pacer\/ICD\/ ablation.

\u2022 Type of equipment: Zoll, Baxter pump, lift equipments, bladder scanner;

\u2022 EMR – Cerner
