The Laboratory Manager serves as the primary clinical and operational lead, delegating oversight to the laboratory supervisor as appropriate, and is expected to provide bench coverage during staffing shortfalls or call-outs. The successful candidate will guide the lab through regulatory reviews and inspections, develop and maintain robust QA systems, supervise and train staff, coordinate clinical trials, and ensure adherence to CLIA, Joint Commission, FACT, and OSHA standards.
