• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, KY License
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: Yes – ICU or PCU or Med Surg units

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 10
• Patient Ratios: 2:1
• Equipment: vent, trachs, bipap, CRRT (Prismaflex), Alaris IV pump, external ventricular drains(EVD)
• EMR: Cerner

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU Experience & recent Cerner experience (doesnt have to
be within the last year)
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Neuro ICU experience, critical care experience, PACU/Post-Op experience, Stroke center experience
• Type of Patients on Unit: Neuro
• Personality Fit: Flexible, calm, multi-tasker, positive attitudes and compassionate

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: galaxy blue scrubs (top/bottom/jacket), black scrub pants only
