Job Title – Imaging & Radiology – Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location – Lafayette, Indiana
Pay – $2972 – $3572/wk
Schedule Details – Day, 4X10
Types of Cases REQ: Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Radiology
Types of Cases Preferred: Outpatient
Years of experience REQ: 1 year

National Certs REQ: ARRT, CCI
BLS REQ:Yes
Is on-call REQ? Yes, every 4th weekend and one night / week. Must live within 30 minutes for call
Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No, however, subject to change based on needs.

Locals accepted: Yes.
Pending State License accepted: IN state license required if ARRT certified
RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays
