• Number of Beds – 44 beds
• Number of Staff – 95
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift – Grid- 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNA, 1 HUC
• Night Shift – Grid- 2 CNC/Charge, 11 RNs, 4 CNA, 1 HUC
• Patient Ratios – 4/1 at grid 5/1 stretched
• Type of equipment – IV pumps, Skylift, PCA pump, Chest tube, Trachs, Patient lifts
• EMR – Cerner

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Neuro and Trauma Care experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Neuro and Trauma Care experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Neuro and spinal checks
• C-Collar placement, TLSO braces
• Chest tube, PCA pump, IV infusions
• Lumber drain
• Feeding tube placement
• Blood transfusion
Best personality Fit:

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Floating Area(s):
• Stepdown units, Med-surg units
Dress Code:
• Scrub Color/Attire – Navy blue
