• Day Shift – 4 RN and 5 LPN
• Night Shift – 4 RN and 4 LPN
• Patient Ratios – 1:6
• Type of equipment – patient lifts; iSTAT, glucometer, administer inhalers/breathing treatments,
• EMR – Meditech Magic
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, LPNs)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• LPN must be IV certified
• BLS certified
• Read telemetry
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• CRRN Certification
• Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute setting
• ACLS certified within 90 certified
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team
• Lab draws, IV meds as needed, blood administration as needed, head to toe assessments,

New rehabilitation hospital opening October 1, 2024. State of the art equipment and work closely with an interdisciplinary team. Utilize med/surg skills in a post-acute setting.
