Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds – 10 ORs

• Number of Staff – 75

• Type of staff:
• Day Shift – 1 CNC, 7-9 RNs, 7-9 CSTs, 4-5 FAs, 3-4 OR Aides, 2 Anesthesia Techs

• Night Shift – call teams

• Patient Ratios – 1:1

• Type of equipment – Surgery-Stryker towers, Robotic towers, Neptune suctioning, etc.

• EMR – Meditech

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• CV-open heart

• Ortho, general, gyn

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Urology/cysto

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• CV, ortho, gen, gyn, podiatry, ENT, bari, robotic, cysto

Best personality Fit:

• Hard worker, flexible, professional

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• BLS, ACLS

Floating Area(s):

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color/Attire – Royal Blue

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

• 0645 Daily Huddle

Weekends and On call, if any)

• If CV call- one week at a time every other week to every 3rd week, depending on CV RN staffing

If general-6 calls/4weeks depending on staffing levels (At least 2 weekend shifts-the rest are weeknight shifts)
