Job Title – Imaging & Radiology – CT Technologist

Pay – $2086 – $2126/wk

Tell us about the unit(s):

• Number of Beds – 18

• Number of Staff – 8

• Type of staff: Radiologist, radiologist techs, Ultrasound Techs, MRI Techs, CT Techs
• Day Shift – Director, Radiologist, 6-7 Techs

• Night Shift – Charge RN, On-call team, 3-4 Techs, varies on volume

• Patient Ratios – 1:1, 1:2, depending on stability of patient

• Type of equipment – ALL GE Equipment, MRI Units, scanners, cameras, x-ray, fluoroscopy

• EMR – Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• ARRT (CT) & BLS

• Strongly prefer experience with GE and Meditech

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• RT (T), ASRT

• FASRT

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• CT Scan, MRI, body scanner , X-Rays

• Create pictures of bones, organs, tissues and combine to create accurate picture assessment

Best personality Fit:

• Communications skills, medical and anatomical skills, mechanical aptitude

• Ability to multi-task, work with variety of physicians, radiologists, patients

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
