Tell us about the unit(s):
• Number of Beds – 6 sites of care that we provide (3 IR rooms, MRI, CT, bedside procedures)
• Number of Staff – 3 techs (1starts 6/1/25, 1 resigned as of 5/31/25, 1 here since 1/1/25) and 4 RNs (1 seasoned CNC, 1 RN been in dept. 1 year, 2 RNs less than 3 months)
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – all day shift with call
o Night Shift –
• Patient Ratios – 15-25 procedures per day
• Type of equipment – Phillips and GE rooms
• EMR – Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Moderate sedation for nurses
• Know sterile technique, scrub procedures, radiology tech
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Previous IR experience or cath lab
•
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Angiograms, fistulas,
• Spinal puncture, biopsies

• Scrub Color/Attire – Caribbean blue for RT, royal blue nurses
