• Day Shift -1 CNC, 4-6 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1 HUC
• Night Shift – 1CNC, 4-6 RNs, 2 CNAs
• Patient Ratios – 1:4 or 1:5
• Type of equipment – standard unit equipment
• EMR -Cerner

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• License (RN/CNA)
• BLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Chemo Certification

• Echo, thoracentesis

Floating Area(s):
• Other med-surg units- team rarely floats
Dress Code:
• RNs- navy, white or combo of both colors
• CNAs- Galaxy Blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies:
• Basic hospital policies and guidelines
Weekends and On call(if any)
• Rare call
• Staff required to work 6 weekend days per schedule
