• Number of Beds – 800
• Number of Staff – (6) Three full time and Three PRN
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 3(low) and (5) high
o Night Shift – n/a
• Patient Ratios – patient visits 8/12 patients per shift (10-hour shifts)
• Type of equipment – Radiology (Modified Barium Swallow) sturdy, FEES disposable scopes, Passy Muir Speaking Valves (PMV)
• EMR – Meditech

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Independent with MBS studies
• Independent with Trach care and PMV
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• FEES bedside swallow study skills.

• FEES swallow studies with disposable scopes.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• NEVADA ST License, Asha CCCs

• Scrub Color/Attire – Any color buy Royal Blue
