o Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 1 Unit Clerk, 1 OR Tech, 1 OBED Charge RN, 1 OBED OR Tech, 1 OBED RN, 1 L&D OR Charge RN, 1 L&D OR RN, 1 OR OR Tech, 4 Labor RNs, and 1 PCT
o Night Shift – 1 Charge RN, 1 Unit Clerk, 1 OR Tech, 1 OBED Charge RN, 1 OBED OR Tech, 1 OBED RN, 4 Labor RNs, and 1 PCT.
• Patient Ratios – 2:1 and 1:1 during procedures/admissions
• Type of equipment – CPN Monitors/Novii
• EMR – Meditech/Centricity

Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Womens OR: circulation of CS, D&Cs, Cerclage, and BTLs
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certificate
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• OBED Experience/MFTI Scoring
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certificate/C-EFM/RNC-OB
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Vaginal Delivery/Cesarean Section Delivery/Epidural
• Bilateral Tubal Ligation/salpingectomy, Cerclage, Emergent D&Cs, Emergent Cerclage
Best personality Fit:
• Fast paced individuals with initiative to care for the patient like family
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP
Floating Area(s):
• Postpartum (not mother-baby) and Antepartum
Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire – Royal Blue scrubs. If a jacket is worn: black, white, grey, or navy blue
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)
• Four Weekend shifts a month. No call. May get postponed or cancelled if low census
